Keyless Entry
With Triptolia’s smart entry system, you can enter the home without waiting for a key handover. A temporary code sent to your phone before check-in is valid only for the duration of your stay. Enter the code on the door keypad to access the property securely.
Host / Authorized Person Handover
The host or an authorized person will be present at the property at the agreed check-in time to hand over the key. Basic usage information, house rules and any necessary guidance will be shared during check-in.
Pickup from a Triptolia Point
You can collect your key from the designated Triptolia pickup point on the day of check-in. Your reservation details will be verified during handover and the necessary accommodation information will be provided, allowing you to collect the key according to your schedule without waiting for the host.

Are the homes on Triptolia actually checked?
Yes. Homes published on Triptolia are reviewed for location, photos, key features, entry method and accommodation information before they go live. Cleaning checks, support process and entry method are shown clearly on the listing.
How do check-in and key handover work?
The entry method for each home is clearly stated on the listing page. For homes with keyless entry, a temporary guest-specific code is shared. For other listings, the key is handed over by the host or an authorized person, or collected from the designated Triptolia pickup point.
What happens if I have a problem during my stay?
The Triptolia support team is available throughout your stay. If you experience an entry issue, technical problem or cleaning-related need, you can contact customer service.
What happens if I cancel my reservation?
The applicable cancellation and refund conditions are shown clearly before the reservation is completed. Depending on your selected dates, refund eligibility, deduction rates and any deposit conditions can be reviewed before payment.
